This dress is so cute and will turn heads everywhere she goes.  The dress is adorable with a ruffled trip at the bottom and sleeves.  The "cupcake wrapper", made out of chocolate chenille, is hand cut and sewn.  The "frosting" is made of nylon chiffon which is soft (not scratchy like cheaper chiffons) and will never fray.  Dress is 100% cotton. 
Machine wash cold inside out and hang to dry. 
Embellishments hand made in the USA.
