How does the custom process work? TOP
Click on custom blankets and our user-friendly website will walk you easily through the whole process.  You can choose your front side and back side (or make them the same if you would like) and then add your options.  We will custom make the blanket to your specifications and will ship it within three weeks or less (most orders are filled within 7-10 days, but depending on the time of year, it may be up to 3 weeks).  Always email if you need your order sooner and we can let you know if it's possible.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. 

How are items Shipped? TOP
Most items are sent USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) within the US.  You will receive a tracking number via email when items ship.

What is your PrivacyPolicy? TOP
We will NEVER share your private information with any other party.  All of your transactions are processed on our secure server.  Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.

What is your Return Policy? TOP
We fully expect that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not, please contact us.  All returns must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.  You must contact us within five days of receipt of your items for a refund.  Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment minus the cost of shipping.  All sales are final on custom orders.

Is there Sales Tax? TOP
Orders shipped to Iowa will have a 6% sales tax applied at checkout.

Do you have local pickup? TOP
Yes!  Choose local pick up at checkout.

Do you wholesale your products? TOP
Yes!  If you wish to carry Posh Blankets in your store, please complete our on-line application under the "Wholesale" heading.

How long will it take to create my order? TOP
All of our products are custom and handmade, please allow up to three weeks for us to create your products.  Our average time for custom orders is about a week, so if you need your order sooner, ALWAYS check with us, we may be able to accommodate you. 

Can I have my order gift wrapped? TOP
Yes!  For an additional $4 we will gift wrap your order in a white gift box with a coordinating tulle ribbon and a handwritten note.  Due to the large size of our teen and adult blankets, they will be placed in a gift bag with coordinating tissue wrap.

How should I wash my blanket? TOP
All of our fabrics wash very easily but are HEAT SENSITIVE.   Blankets can be machine washed in cold and machine dried on LOW heat or hung to dry.  They do wash well as long as you follow the washing instructions.  

How do I use blankets safely with my baby? TOP

Do you support any charities? TOP
Yes!  See our "Blankets for a Cause" section.  There are so many wonderful charities but we chose three that are near and dear to our hearts.  We give 20% of the purchase price on these special blankets directly to the charities listed.

Can I email a photo for the "Satisfied customers" gallery? TOP
Yes! Email us a photo of the biggest "Posh Blanket" lover and we will add them to our gallery.
